There is so much meaning behind the word strength.

There is both inner and outer strength: how strong is this investment Kevin? Or how strong can you fight for me to get the best deal, Kevin?

There’s strength of conviction and character, and there is knowing when the only strength required is softness and kindness to make something happen.

He has been working in commercial real estate longer than he hasn’t and knowing strength and recognizing strength is as important as knowing a current lease rate. He can proudly say the strongest link he has in all his years of commercial real estate dealings is the relationships he has with his clients – without that, having all the physical strength in the world means nothing.

He has built his reputation on what his clients say about him and his business dealings. He has a strong reputation in the commercial real estate market in and around Saskatoon.

He hasn’t done this alone – he studied, he tried, he failed some, and then he tried again. He was mentored and learned, not only from so-called experts in the industry, but from his clients, the real experts. He learned what they needed, wanted, and most of all deserved, and he built trust to ensure his clients are always first.

He specializes in industrial buildings and investments – you know, “strong” properties, and he advises his clients on quality properties - strategies for maintaining and managing strong portfolios, and he truly loves what he does.

One cannot imitate sincerity, strength, or personality and so he strives to simply live them.

Most days you will find him in the North End of Saskatoon, on his phone, or with his clients personally. This is his life. This is what he does.

He’s been quoted as saying, “I consider myself reasonably good at what I do and look forward to many more years of it”. It’s true. What he most looks forward to, is building on that word strength with you… building on the strength of our working relationship.
